UNIQUE Plug ‘n’ Play™ Lithium Battery Technology
Introducing the next-generation Lithium 30v Max™ battery and motor system, boosting the efficiency of the new trolleys significantly.
PowaKaddy’s Second Generation Plug ‘n’ Play™ battery system features a new top-mounted, easy-access on/off switch, an innovative battery release latch, and is a remarkable 40% smaller than its predecessor while retaining 100% of its capacity.
PowaKaddy’s distinctive Plug ‘n’ Play™ battery system is the lightest, slimmest, and most powerful on the market. The absence of complex connection wires allows batteries to easily slot into place, and they can remain in the trolley while it is folded down.
The newly optimised nickel cobalt manganese lithium battery technology delivers 20% more power through a highly efficient nearly silent drive train. Every lithium battery comes equipped with an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) that safeguards the battery and trolley, ensuring longevity.
In the UK, all PowaKaddy Plug ‘n’ Play™ lithium batteries come with a comprehensive 5-year warranty*.

What is Quiet Mark?
The Quiet Mark is the globally recognised approval programme associated with the UK Noise Abatement Society charitable foundation. It acknowledges technology that effectively reduces noise in the design of everyday machinery and appliances while providing solutions to noise-related issues. PowaKaddy electric trolleys are proud recipients of the Quiet Mark accreditation.
Warranty Information:
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable only for purchases made within the UK and Ireland. Customers acquiring this trolley outside these regions must return it to us in the UK for any repairs or service, at their own expense.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that emerge during normal usage. Any damages due to accidental harm or misuse (as specified in the relevant manual) or commercial usage are not included. PowaKaddy batteries are subject to a separate warranty (12 months for lead acid / 60 months for lithium), which can be registered via the "Battery Warranty Card" or through our online warranty registration form.
