Introducing the All-New Unique MAG-LOK® Bag Attachment System
The patent-pending MAG-LOK® allows PowaKaddy Cart Bags to securely lock onto all compatible PowaKaddy electric trolleys without the need for a lower strap. The ultra-strong Neodymium magnet ensures your bag is held securely under any conditions.
The MAG-LOK® is included with each new 2025 PowaKaddy Cart Bag in the series. A Hex Key is supplied for quick and easy installation to a MAG-LOK® compatible PowaKaddy electric trolley. All PowaKaddy electric trolleys sold from 1st March 2023 are MAG-LOK® compatible.
Don’t have a compatible PowaKaddy trolley?
The bag remains functional with any trolley, and the PowaKaddy KEY-LOCK™ system prevents lateral twisting.

PowaKaddy’s Second Generation Plug ‘n’ Play™ battery system features a newly designed top-mounted, easy-access on/off switch, a simple battery release latch, and is an impressive 40% smaller than its predecessor while retaining a full capacity.
This innovative battery system is the thinnest, lightest, and most powerful available, eliminating the need for cumbersome connections, allowing for quick installation and the battery can remain fitted when the trolley is folded down.
The re-engineered nickel cobalt manganese lithium battery technology delivers 20% more power through a highly efficient and near-silent drive train. Each lithium battery is equipped with an advanced Battery Management System (BMS), ensuring the protection and longevity of both battery and trolley.
In the UK, all PowaKaddy Plug ‘n’ Play™ lithium batteries come with a 5-year full warranty.*

What is Quiet Mark?
The Quiet Mark is an international approval award programme supported by the UK Noise Abatement Society charitable foundation. It acknowledges technology that is designed to reduce noise in everyday machines and appliances, providing solutions to common noise issues. PowaKaddy electric trolleys are the first in their category to receive the Quiet Mark accreditation.
Warranty Information:
The manufacturer’s warranty covers purchases within the UK and Ireland only. Customers acquiring this trolley outside of the UK & Ireland will not receive warranty protection in their country and must return the trolley to the UK for repairs and services at their expense.
The trolley and charger are protected by a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. Breakages caused by accidental damage or misuse, as specified in the relevant manual, or commercial use are exempt from coverage. PowaKaddy batteries are under a separate warranty (12 months for lead acid / 60 months for lithium) and can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or via our online warranty registration form.
