Electric Trolleys and Lithium-Powered Products Shipped Outside Mainland UK and Ireland

A limited warranty applies to all Electric Trolleys and certain gadgets/products with lithium batteries purchased from outside Mainland UK and Ireland.

The manufacturer’s warranty is valid only for purchases made within the UK and Ireland. Customers purchasing these products from outside the UK and Ireland will not be eligible for warranty coverage in their country. Products must be returned to our UK address for repairs and servicing at your own shipping expense. Please note, as these products are sold by a UK retailer, they are supplied with a UK charger/plug. If you intend to use the product in Europe, you will need a compatible European adaptor to charge the battery.

If you require full warranty coverage for these products in your country, please remove them from your basket and purchase them through the manufacturer’s authorised retailers in your region.
