The innovative MAG-LOK® system allows PowaKaddy Cart Bags to quickly and effortlessly secure onto all compatible PowaKaddy electric trolleys without requiring a lower strap. The ultra-strong Neodymium Magnet ensures your bag remains firmly in place under all conditions.
The MAG-LOK® is included with each new 2025 PowaKaddy Cart Bag in the collection. A Hex Key is provided for straightforward installation on a MAG-LOK® compatible PowaKaddy electric trolley. All PowaKaddy electric trolleys sold from 1st March 2023 are MAG-LOK® compatible.

PowaKaddy’s Second Generation Plug ‘n’ Play™ battery system features a new top-mounted, easy-access on/off switch, along with a simple battery release latch, making it an impressive 40% smaller than its predecessor while retaining 100% capacity.
PowaKaddy’s unique Plug ‘n’ Play™ lithium batteries are the thinnest, lightest, and most powerful available on the market. They do away with cumbersome connection wires, enabling quick installation, and the battery can remain in the trolley even when folded.
The re-engineered lithium battery technology offers 20% more power through a highly efficient, near-silent drive train. Each lithium battery includes an advanced Battery Management System to safeguard the battery and trolley, promoting longevity.

What is Quiet Mark?
The Quiet Mark is an internationally recognised approval programme linked to the UK Noise Abatement Society charitable foundation. It acknowledges technology engineered to reduce noise within everyday machines and appliances, providing innovative solutions to noise challenges. PowaKaddy electric trolleys are proud to be the first electric trolleys to attain the Quiet Mark accreditation.
Warranty Information:
The manufacturer's warranty applies to purchases within the UK and Ireland only. Customers outside these regions must return their trolley to the UK for repairs and services at their expense.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, addressing any manufacturing defects occurring during normal use. Accidental damage or misuse (as outlined in the relevant manual) is not covered, nor is commercial use. Powakaddy batteries have a separate warranty (12 months for lead acid / 60 months for lithium), which can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or online via our warranty registration form.
