I use this to keep my hands in sync with my upper body when training iron swings on the range as i have a tendency for my trailarm to start moving out of place. This has made a big difference to me keeping arms and upper body in lockstep and hitting more consistent iron shots, both with it on and once removed.
Very useful product to use on the range to keep arms connected.
Strong elastic band which fits above the elbows and really helps the arms stay together and work as one. Promotes a true repetitive strike
I really recommend this product for people having problems with their swing. It helped me a lot.
Nothing else you couldn't do with a belt around your arms, but easier to wear and more elastic. Useful for fixing my chicken wings.
