Practice Anywhere - The Swing Plate is a compact training tool that effortlessly fits into your golf bag, making it convenient to use on any surface. This remarkable aid is also compatible with alignment sticks, widely regarded as essential for enhancing your golfing skills.

Practice with Precision - Crafted with high-quality materials, the Swing Plate ensures consistent and precise practice sessions. You won’t need any tools for adjustments, as it is incredibly easy to modify by hand, catering to both right and left-handed golfers.

SWING PLATE DRILLS:

Swing Plane:
If your backswing tends to be too 'flat', enhance your swing plane by positioning a golf ball approximately one clubhead length away from your alignment stick on the ground. Adjust your additional alignment stick to align with the shaft address position of the club you’re using.

Weight Transfer:
Position the Swing Plate behind you, angling it so your alignment stick is about three inches to the target side of your lead leg. During the downswing, your objective is to make contact with this stick for optimal weight transfer.

Backswing Sway:
Place your Swing Plate behind you again, angling your alignment stick beside your trail leg or hip. The goal is to execute a backswing without making contact with the stick, ensuring proper swing mechanics.

Unwanted Head Movement:
To monitor any unnecessary head movement, connect two alignment sticks or use a cane. Placing the stick against your head will help you maintain stability during your swing.

Body Rotation:
If you struggle with arm lift instead of body rotation during your backswing, position your golf ball around one clubhead width inside the alignment stick on the ground. Aim to rotate both your body and arms together, guiding the club underneath the angled stick that mirrors the angle of your club shaft.
