Having purchased a pair of shoes which were found to be defective ( not waterproof). I was told to return them and was immediately given a voucher to the same value in order to buy new or similar shoes and these were with me in a few days and have proved to be excellent. The complete service was exemplary and I will not hesitate to buy from them again.
