Scotty Cameron introduces a remarkable redesign of his mid-mallet putter range with the new 2025 Studio Style line.
The Studio Style Fastback Long Design measures an impressive 38 inches and features a heavier construction thanks to the inclusion of 25-gram tungsten sole weights. This model is equipped with a 17-inch, 135-gram pistol-style grip and a longer, stiffer shaft, specifically designed to help steady the player’s hands while engaging the shoulders for improved control.
New Studio Carbon Steel
After rigorous testing of various metals, carbon steel has been selected for its renowned soft sound and feel, highly favoured by both Scotty Cameron aficionados and tour professionals like Jordan Spieth. The Studio Style line now employs a state-of-the-art electroless nickel plating process that significantly boosts durability and combats the corrosion associated with traditional carbon steel putters.
New Chain-Link Milling Technology
This innovative face milling technique is the culmination of extensive testing at the Scotty Cameron Putter Studio and on tour. The chain-link milling pattern creates an ideal blend of soft sound, desired roll characteristics, and controlled speed off the putter face. Consequently, players will experience a softer touch compared to previous Scotty Cameron models, enhancing their confidence for executing short to mid-range putts where speed is critical, especially when negotiating breaks.
Finish & Graphics
The 2025 Studio Style stainless steel putter heads receive a satin mist finish, ensuring a radiant, glare-resistant appearance. The 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium components are misted and anodised to create a sleek, bright aluminium finish. Scotty's iconic three-dot design in cherry red translucent paint adorns the milled back circles in stainless steel, complemented by the 7 Point Crown engraved on the face. Additional engravings and sight lines are highlighted with jet black, gold, and cherry red translucent paint.
Studio Style Weighting & Shafts
Each new Studio Style putter is crafted with performance weighting, featuring two customisable heel-toe weights (available in tungsten or stainless steel depending on the model) and stepless steel shafts.
Long Design
The Long Design models incorporate a custom, stiffer shaft, heavier head weights, and a robust 17-inch non-tapered grip, providing a player-friendly experience with maximum stability without requiring any special techniques from the user.
