Warranty Information:
The manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. Customers buying this trolley from outside these regions will not receive warranty coverage in their country and will need to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and servicing at their own expense.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects occurring during normal utilisation. Please note that damages resulting from accidental harm, misuse, or commercial use, as detailed in the manual, are not included. Powakaddy batteries come with a separate warranty of 12 months for lead-acid and 60 months for lithium, which can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or online via our warranty registration form.
