Working closely with PING professionals, we have meticulously crafted the Glide Forged Pro for discerning shot-makers. Featuring a smaller, forged 8620 carbon steel head and precision-machined grooves, this club ensures reliable and consistent results every time. A new face blast enhances friction, delivering increased spin and control across a broader selection of lofts and specialised sole grinds tailored to suit your playing style.

SHOTMAKER’S PROFILE
The compact, Tour-favoured shape is shorter from heel to toe and transitions seamlessly through the hosel. This accentuated smaller profile guarantees a captured look that top players prefer.

FRICTION FACE TECHNOLOGY
Fully machined wheels with steeper grooves and added texture from the new Emery face blast provide optimal launch conditions and consistent spin performance, whether playing in wet or dry conditions for predictable results.

Our engineers at PING collaborated with Tour staff and brand ambassadors to create Glide Forged Pro, appealing especially to players prioritising precise and consistent shot-making both on and around the green.

Compact Profile, Captured Look
The smaller heel-to-toe head, forged from 8620 carbon steel, offers a captured appearance at address. This instills confidence, enabling you to control the head effectively and execute a diverse range of shots with outstanding versatility for dependable results.

Friction Face Advancement
The combination of a precision-milled face and grooves, along with a new face blast, introduces texture to the hitting surface. This innovation increases friction and interaction between the club and ball, resulting in enhanced spin and lower launch angles. Furthermore, the Hydropearl 2.0 chrome finish guarantees consistent performance in wet and rough conditions.

EYE2 TOE 59°
Inspired by the iconic PING EYE2 wedge, the "S" grind 59° option showcases a high toe design, made famous by Karsten Solheim’s classic sand wedge from the early 1980s. It features a blended hosel and a traditionally shaped sole, offering approximately 1.5° less bounce than the other "S" grind options.

Tailored to Your Game
With two grind options, “S” and “T”, available in multiple lofts, this product range ensures you have a wedge to match your angle of attack and typical playing conditions. Eight custom grinds can also be chosen through PING Wrx, where we offer bespoke Tour equipment.

Lighter for Enhanced Control
The PING Z-Z115 wedge shaft is engineered for a lower launch and improved control, delivering enhanced feel. The combined lighter grip and shaft contribute to a significant overall weight reduction for the entire club.

SPECIAL GRINDS

• New stock grinds - “S” and “T” grinds available to ensure optimum loft/grind combination tailored to your angle of attack and playing conditions.
• S Grind - Moderate bounce with a rounded leading edge, offering the broadest appeal.
• T Grind - Narrower sole with approximately 3° less bounce than “S”, providing high versatility.
• EYE2 TOE 59° - Features the renowned high-toe shaping by Karsten Solheim and approximately 1.5° less bounce than the S grind, delivering an attractive look at address that golfers have loved for generations.
