Bought this for my wife who is still refining her golf swing and has been suffering from the dreaded « chicken wings » or flying elbows. The product is basic and simple. But useful to groove in the feel of swinging with a wide arc and retaining that all-important Y shape in arms/wrists. Also came with an instructional/training video on dvd (miniature dvd format).
It’s very simple to use, just pull it up both arms to just above the elbows.
The training dvd was unexpected, but note it is in mini dvd format so not compatible with all media players.
