EASILOCK Compatible:
The exclusive EASILOCK® system, available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, locks the bag securely onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. Two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support align with two removable pins on the base of the bag, allowing golfers to secure their bags quicker and easier than ever before.
Warranty Information:
Please be aware that customers who purchase this trolley from outside the UK and Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty within their country. They will need to return the trolley to us in the UK for any necessary repairs and services, at their own expense.
Additionally, as the trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK charger lead. If you plan to use the trolley in Europe, you will require an appropriate adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer's warranty applies solely to purchases made in the UK and Ireland. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the designated Warranty Registration Form within 45 days of purchase. It’s essential to retain proof of purchase for verification.
The trolley and charger come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal use. However, any damage caused by accidental mishaps or misuse (as outlined in the related manual), or commercial usage will not be covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries feature a separate 3 Year Full Warranty. For the complete three-year warranty to be valid, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If the battery is not registered, the warranty period will be limited to 1 year.
Battery Warranty Information:
Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. If you experience an issue with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. You can find your nearest service centre using the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we are unable to collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to address the issue locally, and it will not be covered under warranty due to the aforementioned restrictions.
