EASILOCK Compatible
Available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, the exclusive EASILOCK® system securely locks your bag onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. This innovative design features two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support that align with removable pins on the base of the bag, allowing golfers to secure their bags more easily and quickly than ever before.
Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their country. They will need to return the trolley back to us in the UK for repairs & services at their own expense.
Additionally, note that as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it comes with a UK Charger lead. If you intend to use the trolley in Europe, a suitable adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) will be necessary to charge the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer's warranty is valid for purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. To ensure coverage, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, so please retain your receipt and details.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects experienced during normal usage. Any damage due to accidental harm, misuse, or commercial use (as outlined in the relevant manual) is not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries enjoy a separate 3-Year Full Warranty. To maintain this warranty, the battery must also be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If registration is not completed, the warranty is limited to 1 year.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical challenges, we cannot collect any lithium batteries. In case of an issue with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. You can find the nearest service centre using the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to handle their own issues locally, which will not be covered under warranty as per the stated restrictions.
