Warranty Information:
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their country. They will need to return the trolley to the UK for repairs & services at their cost.
For UK and Ireland purchases, the manufacturer's warranty covers the trolley and battery. To qualify for the warranty, registration must be completed online within 45 days of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries are covered by a separate 5-year warranty, provided they are registered within 45 days of purchase. If unregistered, the warranty period is 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information:
Due to logistical restrictions, we are unable to collect lithium batteries. Any issues with lithium batteries must be addressed at a local
Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, faulty batteries will not be collected or covered under warranty.
