Warranty Information:
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered by warranty in their country. They must return the trolley to the UK for repairs and service at their own expense.
For purchases made within the UK and Ireland, the manufacturer's warranty encompasses the trolley and battery. To qualify, registration must be completed online within 45 days of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, though it does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries are protected by a separate 5-year warranty, provided they are registered within 45 days of purchase. If unregistered, the warranty period reduces to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information:
Regrettably, due to logistical constraints, we cannot collect lithium batteries. Any issues with lithium batteries must be handled at a local
Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys bought outside the UK or Ireland, faulty batteries will neither be collected nor covered under warranty.
