Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will find that warranty coverage in their respective countries is not applicable. Repairs and service will necessitate returning the trolley to the UK at the customer's expense.
Additionally, please be aware that as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK charger lead. To operate the trolley in Europe, you will need to acquire the appropriate adapter (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable exclusively to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To be eligible for this warranty, the trolley and battery must be registered online via the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. It is important to retain your proof of purchase details/receipt.
The trolley and charger are protected by a 24-month warranty beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects occurring during standard usage. However, issues resulting from accidental damage or misuse, as defined in the provided manual, along with commercial use, are excluded from coverage.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To ensure the full five-year warranty applies, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If the battery is not registered, the warranty period will be limited to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical limitations, we regret that we are unable to collect lithium batteries. If you encounter any issues with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for examination. For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, please be aware that we will not be able to collect any faulty battery. The customer will need to resolve any issues locally, as per the restrictions outlined above.
