Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their country. They will need to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs & services at their own cost.
As the trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will come with a UK charger lead. If you wish to use the trolley in Europe, please ensure you have the appropriate adaptor (e.g. travel adaptor) for charging the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer's warranty applies only to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online through the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be retained for reference.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects encountered during normal use. However, any damages resulting from accidental harm, abuse, misuse (as noted in the relevant manual), or commercial use are not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To qualify, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If the battery is not registered, the warranty period will default to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. Should you encounter any issues with your lithium battery, it will need to be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for assessment. You may find your nearest centre via the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to address such issues locally, as they will not be covered under warranty due to the aforementioned restrictions.
