Warranty Information
Please note that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered under warranty in their country. Repairs and services will need to be conducted by returning the trolley to us in the UK at your own expense.
Additionally, as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will come with a UK charger lead. For use in Europe, a suitable adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) will be necessary to charge the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer's warranty only covers purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase as it is required.
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. This warranty does not cover any damages resulting from accidental damage, misuse, or commercial use as outlined in the relevant manual.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries are covered by a separate 5-year full warranty. To qualify for this extended warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If the battery is not registered, the warranty period will be reduced to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. Should you encounter an issue with your lithium battery, it needs to be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. For trolleys purchased outside of the UK or Ireland, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to collect faulty batteries. Customers must resolve battery issues locally, and such cases will not be covered under warranty as previously stated.
