Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their country. Repairs and services will require the trolley to be returned to our UK location at the customer's expense.
Furthermore, as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK charger lead. Should you wish to use the trolley in Europe, a compatible adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) will be necessary for charging the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer’s warranty is valid only for purchases within the UK and Ireland. To be eligible for the warranty, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Ensure you keep the proof of purchase for your records.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty starting from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse (as stated in the relevant manual), or commercial use is not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries are subject to a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To qualify for this full warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If unregistered, the warranty period defaults to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistics restrictions, we cannot collect any lithium batteries. Should an issue arise with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. You can find more information using the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside of the UK or Ireland, we are unable to collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to facilitate local resolution for any such issues, and they will not be covered under warranty as per the stated restrictions.
