EASILOCK Compatible
Available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, the exclusive EASILOCK® system securely locks the bag onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. Two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support align with two removable pins on the bag's base, ensuring that golfers can attach their bags more quickly and easily than before.
Warranty Information
Customers who purchase this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered by warranty in their country. They will need to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs & services at their cost.
Please note that as the trolley is sold from a UK retailer, it will come with a UK charger lead. If you intend to use the trolley in Europe, you will need to acquire the appropriate adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) for charging the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer’s warranty applies solely to purchases made in the UK and Ireland. To qualify for warranty coverage, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty purposes.
The trolley and charger are backed by a 24-month warranty effective from purchase date, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. However, any damages resulting from accidental harm or misuse (as outlined in the accompanying manual) or commercial use are not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5 Year Full Warranty. To activate this warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. Failure to register will reduce the warranty period to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical limitations, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. Should you encounter an issue with your lithium battery, it will need to be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for assessment. For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we regret that we cannot arrange collection for any faulty battery. Customers will need to resolve issues locally, and such cases will not be covered under warranty as per the restrictions stated above.
