EASILOCK Compatible
The exclusive EASILOCK® system, available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, allows for the secure attachment of your bag to the trolley without needing a lower bag support strap. Two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support align with removable pins on the base of the bag, ensuring quick and easy securing of your bag.
Warranty InformationCustomers purchasing this trolley outside of the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered by warranty in their country. They will be required to return the trolley to the UK for repairs and services at their own expense.
Please note that this trolley is sold from a UK retailer and comes with a UK charger lead. If you intend to use the trolley in Europe, you must have the correct adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchaseThe manufacturer's warranty covers purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online via the relevant
Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Retain proof of purchase for warranty claims.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects occurring during normal use. Any damage from accidental misuse, abuse, or commercial use will not be covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5 Year Full Warranty. To ensure this warranty, the battery must be registered at
www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of the purchase date. If unregistered, the warranty period reverts to 2 years.
Battery Warranty InformationDue to logistical restrictions, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. Should you encounter an issue with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. Direct access to the

For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to handle the issue locally, and it will not be covered under warranty as per the stated restrictions.
