EASILOCK Compatible
The EASILOCK® system, available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, allows for quick and easy attachment of your bag without the need for a lower strap. Two holes on the trolley align perfectly with removable pins on the base of the bag, simplifying the securing process for golfers.
Warranty Information
Please note that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered by warranty in their respective countries. Repairs and services must be performed by returning the trolley to us in the UK at your own expense. Additionally, the trolley will come with a UK charger lead; therefore, if you plan to use it in Europe, a suitable adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) will be necessary for charging.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases:
The manufacturer's warranty applies only to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To be eligible for warranty coverage, both the trolley and battery must be registered online via the relevant Warranty Registration Form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, so please retain your receipt.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, safeguarding against manufacturing defects during normal use. Any damage resulting from accidental incidents, misuse, or commercial usage as outlined in the manual is not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a distinct 5-Year Full Warranty, contingent on registration at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If unregistered, the warranty period for the battery reduces to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information:
Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to collect faulty lithium batteries. Should any issue arise, the battery must be returned to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. For assistance, visit the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we cannot collect faulty batteries, and customers will need to resolve the issue locally - it will not be covered under warranty.
