EASILOCK Compatible
Featuring on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, the exclusive EASILOCK® system secures the bag to the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. Two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support align with removable pins on the bag’s base, ensuring a faster and easier way for golfers to secure their bags.
Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland shall NOT be covered by warranty in their respective countries. They will be responsible for returning the trolley to us in the UK for any repairs & services at their own expense.
Please note that as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK Charger lead. If used in Europe, you will require a suitable Adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) for charging the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchase
The manufacturer's warranty is valid for purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. For warranty eligibility, both trolley and battery registration are required using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is necessary; please retain details/receipt.
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal use, while accidental damage or misuse (as outlined in the manual) and commercial use are not covered.
The Motocaddy Lithium batteries have a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To qualify for the full five-year warranty, registration at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase is required; without registration, the warranty period reverts to two years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we cannot collect lithium batteries. Should you encounter an issue with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. Access the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator for assistance.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect a faulty battery. Customers are required to address the problem locally, as it will not be covered under warranty due to the stated restrictions.
