EASILOCK Compatible:
The exclusive EASILOCK® system locks the bag onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. It features two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support that align with two removable pins on the base of the bag, ensuring golfers can secure their bag quicker and easier than ever before.
Warranty Information:
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their country. Any repairs or services will require returning the trolley to us in the UK at the customer’s expense.
Additionally, as the trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK charger lead. To use the trolley in Europe, customers must acquire the appropriate adaptor (e.g. travel adaptor).
Warranty information for purchases within the UK and Ireland:
Purchases within the UK and Ireland are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which requires online registration of the trolley and battery using the Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must also be retained.
The trolley and charger are protected by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects from normal use. Breakages resulting from accidental damage, abuse, or commercial use are excluded.
The Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5 Year Full Warranty. To qualify for this extended warranty, customers must register the battery at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If not registered, the warranty period defaults to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information:
Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to collect lithium batteries. Should a problem arise with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. For assistance, visit the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, collection of faulty batteries is not available. Customers must resolve the matter locally, and it will not be covered under warranty as outlined above.
