EASILOCK Compatible
The exclusive EASILOCK® system enables easy attachment of your Motocaddy golf bag to the trolley without the need for a lower bag support strap. Simply align the two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support with the removable pins on the base of the bag for quick and secure fitting.
Warranty Information
Please note that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will not have warranty coverage in their country. Trolleys will need to be returned to us in the UK for repairs and service at the customer's expense.
Additionally, as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it is supplied with a UK charger lead. Use of the trolley in Europe will require an appropriate adaptor (e.g. travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
Purchases made within the UK and Ireland are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. To qualify, please visit the relevant Warranty Registration form and register the trolley and the battery within 45 days of purchase. Make sure to keep proof of purchase as it is required for warranty claims.
The trolley and charger are covered under a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, which includes manufacturing defects during normal use. Damage resulting from accidental incidents or abuse, commercial use, or misuse is not covered by this warranty.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To activate this warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If registration is not completed, the warranty will be limited to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. In case of an issue, the battery must be taken to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. You can find a centre by following this Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we are unable to collect faulty batteries. Customers are required to manage any issues locally, and these will not be covered under warranty as per restrictions stated above.
