The newly released 2024 model introduces a cutting-edge CLICK ‘N’ CONNECT® cable-free battery, equipped with auto-disconnect and a convenient pop-up charging port. Downhill Control Technology
The award-winning Motocaddy DHC technology is designed to automatically control the trolley’s speed on downhill slopes, ensuring golfers maintain hands-free control. EASILOCK Compatible
Available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, the exclusive EASILOCK® system allows for a secure attachment of the bag onto the trolley without the requirement of a lower support strap. The design features two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support that align with removable pins on the base of the bag, ensuring a quicker and easier way to secure your bag.
Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley outside the UK & Ireland will not be covered under warranty in their country. They must return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and services at their own expense.
Additionally, as the trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it comes with a UK charger lead. For use in Europe, you will need the correct adaptor (e.g. travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer’s warranty applies only to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase, as this is required for warranty claims.
The trolley and charger have a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. Accidental damage, abuse, misuse (as defined in the manual), and commercial use are not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries have a separate 5-year warranty, which is applicable if registered on www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If not registered, the warranty period on the battery is reduced to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistics constraints, we cannot collect any lithium batteries. In case of issues with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. Use this link to locate your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre.
Unfortunately, for trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we cannot collect any faulty battery. Customers will need to resolve any issues locally, and the warranty restrictions apply as stated.
