EASILOCK Compatible
Available across all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, the innovative EASILOCK® system securely locks your bag onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. This is achieved through two holes on the trolley’s lower support aligning with two removable pins on the bag base, making it quicker and easier than ever to secure your bag.
Warranty Information
Please note that customers who purchase this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be eligible for warranty support in their country. Such customers must return the trolley to the UK for repairs and services at their expense.
Furthermore, trolleys sold by a UK retailer come with a UK charger lead. If you plan to use the trolley in Europe, please ensure you have the appropriate adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) for charging the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable only to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration Form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, so please retain your receipt.
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. Any damage due to accidental harm, misuse (as defined in the relevant manual), or commercial usage is not included in this coverage.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries have a distinct five-year warranty. To benefit from this full warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If not registered, the warranty period is reduced to two years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical constraints, we cannot collect faulty lithium batteries. Should there be an issue with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for inspection. You can find your closest service centre using the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we are unable to collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to address the issue locally, and it will not be covered under warranty as per our stated restrictions.
