EASILOCK Compatible
The exclusive EASILOCK® system is available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags. It allows for easy and secure attachment of your bag to the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. Two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support align with two removable pins on the base of the bag, ensuring golfers can secure their bag quickly and easily.
Warranty Information
Please note that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered by warranty in their country. They will be responsible for returning the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and services at their own cost.
As this trolley is sold from a UK retailer, it will come with a UK Charger lead. If you intend to use the trolley in Europe, you will need to obtain the appropriate adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer's warranty is exclusively valid for purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Keep the proof of purchase as it is required for registration.
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. However, any damages resulting from accidental use, abuse, misuse (as outlined in the relevant manual), or commercial use are not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries carry a separate five-year warranty. For this warranty to be valid, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If registration is not completed, the warranty period is limited to two years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we cannot collect any lithium batteries. If you encounter issues with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. For assistance, please visit the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys bought outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any faulty battery. Customers will need to resolve any issues locally, as they are not covered under warranty due to the stated restrictions.
