EASILOCK Compatible: Featured on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, the unique EASILOCK® system locks the bag onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. Two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support align with removable pins on the bag's base, allowing for quicker and easier bag attachment.
Warranty Information:
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will not have warranty coverage in their country. They will be required to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and services at their expense.
Note that as the trolley is sold from a UK retailer, it will come with a UK charger lead. If you wish to use the trolley in Europe, an appropriate adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) will be necessary for charging the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases: The manufacturer's warranty covers purchases within the UK and Ireland only. To qualify for the warranty, the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please retain proof of purchase.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, protecting against manufacturing defects under normal use. Breakages caused by accidental damage or misuse (as per the manual) or commercial use are not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries have a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To ensure this warranty applies, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. Without registration, the warranty period is 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information: Due to logistical constraints, we cannot collect any lithium batteries. Should an issue arise with your lithium battery, it should be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. The link below will direct you to the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any faulty battery. Customers will need to handle the problem locally, and it will not be covered under warranty as per the stated restrictions.
