EASILOCK Compatible
Available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, the exclusive EASILOCK® system securely locks the bag onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. The design facilitates easy and quick securing of bags, enhancing your user experience.
Warranty Information
Customers who purchase this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their country. They will need to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs & services at their cost.
Also note that as the trolley is being sold from a UK retailer, it will come with a UK charger lead. If you want to use the trolley in Europe, you will need the correct adaptor (e.g. travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland purchase
The manufacturer's warranty covers purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. To qualify for the warranty, the trolley and battery must be registered online via the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be retained for warranty validation.
The trolley and charger are warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. Any breakage from accidental damage or misuse, as set out in the manual, or commercial use, is not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries hold a separate 5 Year Full Warranty, applicable once the battery is registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If not registered, the warranty period is limited to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we cannot collect lithium batteries. If you encounter a problem with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. For easy access, follow this link to find the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, please note we will not be able to collect any faulty battery, and customers must address any issues locally as per the stated restrictions.
