EASILOCK Compatible:
Utilising the exclusive EASILOCK® system, all Motocaddy trolleys and bags allow for secure locking of the bag onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. This system employs two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support that align with removable pins on the bag’s base, providing golfers with enhanced convenience and efficiency.
Warranty Information:
Please note that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their respective countries. They will be required to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and servicing at their own expense.
Additionally, since this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it comes with a UK charger lead. If you plan to use the trolley in Europe, a suitable adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) will be necessary to charge the battery.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases:
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable exclusively to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Retain proof of purchase for verification.
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal usage. Accidental damages or damages resulting from misuse, as outlined in the manual, are not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries are covered by a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To benefit from the full five-year warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If not registered, the warranty period is reduced to two years.
Battery Warranty Information:
Due to logistic constraints, we are not able to collect any lithium batteries. Should any issues arise with your lithium battery, you will need to return it to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnostics. You can find your nearest centre by visiting the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we cannot collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to address issues locally, as these will not be covered under warranty due to stated restrictions.
