Warranty Information
Please be aware that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will not be covered by the warranty in their respective countries. Any necessary repairs or services must be arranged to return the trolley to the UK at the customer's expense. Moreover, the trolley sold by the UK retailer includes a UK charger lead. Use in Europe necessitates an appropriate adaptor, such as a travel adaptor, for battery charging.
Warranty Details for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer's warranty applies only to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To benefit from this warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online through the appropriate Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Retaining the purchase receipt is necessary as proof of purchase.
The trolley and charger are protected by a 36-month warranty starting from the purchase date, covering any manufacturing defects encountered during normal usage. Damage from accidents, misuse, or commercial use—as detailed in the user manual— falls outside this coverage.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5 Year Full Warranty. To utilise the full five-year coverage, you must register the battery at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. Without registration, the warranty is limited to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we are unable to collect lithium batteries. In case of issues with your lithium battery, take it to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for assessment. You can find the nearest service centre using the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside of the UK or Ireland, warranty service for faulty batteries is not provided, so you must find a resolution locally, as outlined above.
