Warranty Information
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable for purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. If you purchase this battery from outside the UK & Ireland, you will not be covered by ANY warranty. Due to courier regulations, faulty or failed lithium batteries cannot be transported, undermining the warranty when bought from another country. Therefore, we do not offer any warranty outside of the UK for Lithium Batteries.
As this product is sold by a UK retailer, it comes with a UK charger lead. Should you wish to use it in Europe, you will require the appropriate European adaptor to charge the battery.
LitePower Lithium Warranty (valid for sales from 01/01/17)
The LitePower Lithium battery and charger are both under a full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Additionally, LitePower provides an extended 3-year warranty (an extra year) on the battery itself, excluding the charger. Both the standard and extended warranties are available only for purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland, intended for use in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
To qualify for the 3-year warranty, the battery must be registered online through the relevant Battery Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase.
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur during normal usage. However, it does not cover breakages caused by accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or commercial use. LitePower guarantees that all LiFePO4 Lithium batteries will retain at least 75% of the original rated capacity (Wh).
Any repairs or replacements made at no charge will not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties provided here are extra benefits and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and, depending on location, may charge for shipping on any new replacement battery, determined at our discretion at the time of replacement.
