Warranty Information
Please note that the manufacturer's warranty is applicable to purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. Customers who acquire this battery from outside the UK and Ireland will not qualify for ANY warranty coverage. Due to courier regulations, faulty or failed lithium batteries cannot be transported, meaning that buying from another country voids the warranty as it cannot be claimed. Therefore, we do not extend any warranty on Lithium Batteries outside the UK.
Also, as this product is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK charger lead. If you intend to use it in Europe, please ensure you have the appropriate European adaptor for charging.
LitePower Lithium Warranty (valid for sales from 01/01/17)
The LitePower Lithium battery and its charger come with a comprehensive 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Additionally, LitePower extends an extra 1-year warranty on the battery, bringing total coverage to 3 years (charger excluded). Both the standard and extended warranties are valid only for purchases made and used within the UK and Republic of Ireland.
To be eligible for the 3-year warranty, customers must register the battery using the relevant Battery Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase.
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, but does not include accidental damage, misuse, or commercial use. LitePower guarantees that all LiFePO4 Lithium batteries will maintain at least 75% of their original rated capacity (Wh).
Any repairs or replacements performed free of charge do not extend the warranty beyond the original purchase. The warranties provided herein are supplementary benefits and do not impact your statutory consumer rights. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and may charge for shipping on replacement batteries, dependent on location and at our discretion.
