440cc Gravity Adjustable Design
The Mizuno ST-G driver is a squat, powerful player’s driver engineered to optimise launch and spin while amplifying ball speed through Mizuno’s innovative CORTECH Chamber. With two convergent weight tracks, the ST-G can be tailored to perform as a low spin bomber, a fade or draw biased driver, or simply a more stable and compact option.
"The ST-G 440cc is very stable in the category of compact driver heads. The addition of Mizuno’s CORTECH Chamber greatly influenced our ability to create more consistent ball speeds across the face." - David Lwelleyn – Director of R&D
Cortech Chamber
This critical innovation encapsulates a stainless steel weight with elastomeric TPU, relieving stress from the clubface and providing an additional energy source. Locating weight closer to the clubface effectively reduces spin rates while delivering a solid, powerful sensation at impact.
Max Convergent Fast Track
Two weights can be positioned in extreme locations to achieve ultra-low to mid-low spin settings, offering greater control over your shots.
Compact 440cc Players Profile
The modern pear shape of the ST-G driver sits beautifully square when set to neutral, ensuring a confident stance for players.
New Beta Rich Ti LFS
Featuring a lighter, faster face material, the ST-G demonstrates a 9% increase in tensile strength compared to SAT2041, resulting in a complex multi-thickness face geometry. Tour testing showed a remarkable average ball speed improvement of 1.5 mph over the SAT2041.
Expanded Carbon Toe Wrap
An extension of lightweight carbon into the toe section enhances shot shape adjustability, allowing players to tailor their drive even further.
Tour Tested for Sound
The fusion of Mizuno’s CORTECH Chamber and internal tuning ribs generates a more solid feel at impact across all weight settings, enhancing the overall experience for serious golfers.
Quick Switch Hosel
This feature offers 4 degrees of adjustability, enabling fine-tuning of both address and trajectory to suit individual preferences.
"We’ve had a significant surge in tour usage for Mizuno drivers over the last few years, and the addition of a more compact 440cc ultra-low spin option will only accelerate that trend." - Chris Voshall – Director of Product
