Bought this mat for my home golf simulator. Good feel, thick, little spongier than you would get on a range mat which is more realistic in my opinion. Only criticism would be that if you have a slightly uneven floor the mat will need a base to it as you can feel the lumps and bumps through it. Seems very robust and hard wearing and the tees that are supplied are good quality. As I only have used it inside, I cant talk about its drainage although it seems pretty well designed.
