PROGRESSIVE CENTRE OF GRAVITY
Optimising the centre of gravity (CG) position is crucial for achieving the best flight, accuracy, and forgiveness from a wedge. The SM10 features a progressive CG, tailored specifically for each loft, ensuring top-level performance. In the higher lofts, the CG has been moved both higher and forward towards the face, resulting in lower, more controlled flight and enhanced stability. When combined with increased MOI, the SM10 delivers outstanding feel and consistency.
PATENTED SPIN MILLED® PROCESS FOR MAXIMUM SPIN
The patented Spin Milled® grooves in the SM10 are precisely crafted through a proprietary cutting process. Each groove is individually tailored according to loft and finish, incorporating narrower and deeper grooves in lower lofts (46°-54°) and wider, shallower grooves in higher lofts (56°-62°). Micro-grooves are cut between each groove to optimise spin for partial shots. A proprietary heat treatment reinforces the impact area, enhancing durability without compromising feel, ensuring the most robust grooves in golf. This meticulous process concludes only once each wedge receives thorough inspection for uncompromising quality and performance.
