Every iron is entirely 3D printed from 316 stainless steel. The advantages of 3D printing surpass traditional casting and forging methods, offering remarkable design flexibility and substantial performance enhancements.


Forgiving Players Blade Shape
Thanks to 3D printing, new design possibilities are realised, allowing COBRA engineers to develop a compact blade shape that possesses the mass attributes of a game improvement iron. This means higher Moment of Inertia (MOI) for stability and lower Centre of Gravity (CG) for high launch, all while maintaining the sleek appearance and soft feel demanded by skilled players.


Internal Lattice Structure
Through the use of cutting-edge topology optimisation software by nTop, COBRA has incorporated an internal lattice structure that redistributes 33% of the total club weight. This design yields the highest MOI achievable within a compact blade profile.


Extreme Forgiveness Meets Soft Feel
The 3D printed internal lattice structure is strategically designed to maximise weight savings while providing the stiffness and strength necessary to support the face. Furthermore, this design enhances the acoustics of each iron, ensuring an exceptionally pleasing impact sound and feel.


Tungsten Weighting
The discretionary weight savings achieved allow for the incorporation of up to 100g of tungsten, strategically placed low in the heel and toe. This results in the perfect combination of a compact blade shape characterised by a low CG and high MOI, thus emulating the performance of a game improvement iron.
