Really nice training aid.
Stumbled across these in a recommended list, liked the idea so took a chance.
Obviously, very easy to use - treat it like a normal ball. As it’s the same diameter as a regular ball, you don’t really notice that it’s flat at approach. You do when you lash the club over the top of it however :)
It’s very obvious when you don’t hit it flush on the edge, you either miss completely or it’ll pop up like a tiddlywink.
I found it very helpful in ironing out coming in steep and hitting ground before ball with irons / wedges. Next step is sorting out thinning my fairway woods, I think it’ll be perfect for training out my tendency to come up a little and thinning it off the deck.
Give them a go, for a pound a ‘ball’ it’s hardly an expensive trial.
