I’ll start with what I wish I knew before purchasing it, specifically it is not compact! If I’d have actually seen this in the flesh before purchase I’d have known it wasn’t what I wanted. The collapsed length of this retriever, is just about the same as a golf umbrella (I actually wanted one to fit in my carry bag side pocket). The diameter and grip size closely match an umbrella as well, so this retriever is going to take up a lot of space in yours golf bag.
Positives are it’s very solidly made out of reasonably heavy grade aluminium, the cleaver retriever mechanism looks a little flimsy but time will tell.
Definitely not what I thought I was buying.
