FootJoy Mens Traditions Golf Shoes

I have bought many shoes over the years including Footjoys. However, on this occasion, after 1 round I was left with severe broken blisters requiring medical intervention.

Tried these shoes on and got the size I would typically wear for smart shoes. I would say when walking I feel the heel is a touch loose but I've not had any issues with blisters or even any discomfort, obviously due to the spikes, walking on hard surfaces feels abit odd but on the course these are superb. There is cushioning on the heel so if you have a issue with blisters on the back of the heel, it should mitigate it as your heel would rub on the soft fabric opposed to the hard leather. Grip and traction is great, definitely locked in. Another aspect regarding the fit is that they fit me very nicely on the side of my feet but leave a comfortable space in the toe box. When swinging I feel my feet are locked in well and the heel issue mentioned earlier doesn't affect it in the slightest, that's only something I noticed whilst walking. Styling is great, particularly if you're wearing these with the smart styled golf trousers. Although they are soft spikes, it looks like they are fairly robust and will last a good amount of time. 100% recommend

I used to buy the wide fit Dryjoy Tours and they were very comfortable. Sadly I can't say the same for the FootJoy Traditions shoe. I've worn them three times, and taken them to the local cobbler to be stretched, but they're as unyielding as ever. I feel like I've been hobbled like James Caan in Misery.

I purchased these shoes for the summer season. I love the colour and classic styling. I have not worn Footjoy shoes for sometime and now I am wondering why that was the case. These shoes are so lightweight and comfortable. I was able to play 18 holes without any discomfort as soon as they came out of the box. The traction and balance which they provide is also a big plus. Finally, the fit was perfect. That was my major concern when ordering. Wonderful shoes. Highly recommended

These are my third pair and are very good value. Waterproof and comfortable.

Winter shoes to keep the rain out. Needed new winter ones and only Footjoy will do. Tried them on and can't wait to get on the course with them.

These are good, sturdy and waterproof shoes - without side seams that (on other shoes) have tended to come adrift and let water in. The cleats give adequate grip. They are well fitted for wider feet. All golf shoes tend to be expensive, compared to other shoe types. Given that, these are a reasonable price for golf shoes.

Used so far in wet and dry conditions. Main worry was winter use, so far so good. Had many comments on how nice looking the shoe is. Definitely recommend black for winter, will more than likely get another pair in a lighter colour for summer.

I’ve had a pair of fj’s for a long time. These are “what is says on the tin” traditional and very comfortable. People may think pricey, but if they last like my others, they are value for money.

Have always found Footjoy to be the most reliable of golf shoes. These are no exception. Comfortable, solid grip, great looking, and for me, best of all, wide fit.

I’ve always liked FJ shoes and the Traditions style is excellent. Very comfortable with outstanding grip.
