With every SM10 groove cut to the edge, spin is maximised for superior performance. Each Vokey wedge undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure the highest quality, complemented by a localised heat treatment applied to the impact area, effectively doubling the longevity of the grooves.

Optimising the centre of gravity (CG) is vital for achieving the best trajectory, accuracy, and forgiveness in a wedge. The SM10 features a progressive CG specifically calibrated for each loft, enhancing performance. In the higher lofts, the CG is positioned both higher and forward toward the face, resulting in lower, more controlled flight alongside greater stability. This synergy, combined with an enhanced Moment of Inertia (MOI), yields exceptional feel and consistency.

The patented Spin Milled® grooves in the SM10 wedges are crafted through a meticulous and proprietary cutting process. Each groove is independently cut based on loft and finish; lower lofts (46°-54°) feature narrower, deeper grooves, while higher lofts (56°-62°) have wider, shallower grooves. Micro-grooves are intricately cut between each primary groove to elevate spin on partial shots. A specialised heat treatment is applied to the impact area, effectively doubling groove durability without compromising feel, ensuring the most robust grooves in golf. Each wedge is finalised only after a 100% quality inspection.
