Callaway Apex Hybrid

Really nice rescue club for distance and workability. Seen some very long and controlled ball flights with consistent use across different lies and off the tea but would say it’s not as easy to hit compared to other hybrids. Very much more of a long-iron alternative designed for better players and ball strikers. Amazing value for its current price though.

Very forgiving , great off tee for long par 3, great club for short rough

Initially loved this club on the range, but after 6 months in the bag it's become inconsistent for me. I'd advise that it's for low single figure handicaps that strike the ball consistently. Anything out of the bottom of the face comes out very low and squirts right for me. Not very forgiving for me personally, trying a different option now.

As the title said: A great Product at a great Price. Could not ask for more.

Replaced my Burner 2.0 with this and so far so good. Far more compact head than what I'm used to which give me confidence whilst using from fairway. Shorter shaft, again which helps standing over the ball. At the price I bought this at, it seems to be a good addition to the bag, which is about all you can hope for when buying online and not hitting it at a range before purchasing. Only negative (which is not performance related) there was what looks like a small chip on the sole of the club close to the heel. Not sure if it's been used/tested before - but I did consider returning, but wanted to use it as soon as I got it so I'll put up with that. AND no free gift included?? (but I'm too long in the tooth to worry about such matters)

I've been trying to improve my game for the last 6 months. The only problem was the distance gap between my 3 wood and 5 iron. That's where this utility club comes in. It's perfect! It's so easy to hit and hit straight, quite unbelievable to be honest som if you like to shape the ball then I'm not sure this club is for you. However, for a mid handicapper like myself it's perfect.

Just bought the Apex 19 rescue to replace my Titleist rescue and it’s so much easier to hit and is 20 years longer. Very impressed.

Strong hybrid, iron like with a very penetrating trajectory. More forgiving than the last version. Ideal for windy sea side links. Low spin, so plenty of run. More powerful than the Callaway Utility irons. Probably not ideal for inland or soft courses.
