- Please note: Minimum order of 12 units.
- Logo artwork should be submitted on disk or via .pdf, .eps, or .svg files. (Please be aware that jpeg, .png, and .gif files are generally not accepted.)
- There is no refund or cancellation policy for orders involving Logo or Personalisation.
- Lead time is approximately 15 working days from the date that the artwork is supplied.
