Bought these as my other waterproof trousers were showing their age. Already had to use them 3 times in rain from light drizzle to heavy rain. The trousers were totally waterproof and comfortable as overtrousers. I particularly like the pocket that allows you to access your normal trousers underneath for tees markers etc. The minor issue was trying to get them on quickly when the rain came on as the style has quite a tight leg but this is very useful when on as you do not feel everything baggy or flapping in windy conditions. Overall I would thoroughly recommend compared to other branded trousers at two or three times the price.
