Below are the essential training protocols to use with the SuperSpeed Golf Training System. To maximise your SuperSpeed Training outcomes, please consider the following:

  • Always swing with maximum effort! This is the most common mistake players make when using the system. Aim to generate peak speed through the hitting area with every swing.
  • Ensure your swing is approximately 6-8 inches above the ground. The SuperSpeed Training clubs are not designed to contact the ground or a golf ball.
  • Always swing towards the driving range or hitting net for safety.
  • If you experience any pain or discomfort during training, cease use immediately and consult your health professional.
