Manufacturer's Warranty:
Due to logistical restrictions, we cannot ship Lithium Batteries separately outside of the UK; they must be purchased alongside a Trolley.
The manufacturer's warranty applies only to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. Customers residing outside of the UK & Ireland must return items to the UK for repairs and services covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising from normal use, but does not include damages resulting from accidental harm, misuse as detailed in the relevant manual or commercial use.
Powakaddy batteries are protected by a separate 60-month lithium warranty, which can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or via our online warranty registration form.
Note: The manufacturer's warranty extends only to purchases within the UK and Ireland. If you buy this battery from outside these regions, ANY warranty will not apply. Furthermore, faulty or failed Lithium batteries cannot be transported by couriers, per their regulations. Therefore, purchasing a lithium battery from a different country negates the warranty offered there, as it cannot be invoked. As such, we do not provide any warranty for Lithium Batteries outside the UK.
Additionally, since this product is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK Charger lead. To use it in Europe, you will need a suitable European adaptor.
