Warranty Information
Please be aware that customers purchasing this trolley outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered under warranty in their respective countries. In such cases, the trolley must be returned to us in the UK for repairs and servicing at the customer's expense.
It is essential to note that since the trolley is available through a UK retailer, it will come supplied with a UK charger lead. If you intend to utilise the trolley in Europe, you will require the appropriate adaptor (for instance, a travel adaptor) to successfully charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. For warranty eligibility, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online by completing the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. It is important to retain proof of purchase for verification purposes.
The trolley and charger are protected by a 24-month warranty commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during regular use. However, any damages resulting from accidental mishaps or misuse, as outlined in the provided manual, are not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To qualify for the complete five-year warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If registration is not completed, the warranty duration will revert to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical limitations, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries for repairs. Should you encounter an issue with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, please note that we will not be able to collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to address the issue locally, as it will not be covered under warranty due to the aforementioned restrictions.
