Shipping Couriers & Tracking Parcel GolfOnline uses the national postal service (Royal Mail) and a range of third party couriers including Interlink, DHL, DPD and Parcel Force to deliver products to your chosen address. How it Works: Your order is dispatched from our warehouse The designated courier generates a Unique Tracking Reference number for each parcel they collect from us Our system will email you these tracking references and you can use them to track your parcel The designated courier delivers the parcel to your address COVID-19 Update (as of March 2020) At present due to the COVID-19 crisis many services and processes are affected. In nearly all cases all couriers do not require a SIGNATURE anymore - as they will simply ring the bell and leave. If no one is at the address then the driver takes the responsibility to place the item in a secure manner, take a photo and their GPS location is also tracked.
