If your BFPO address is outside the EU then we can ship your goods free of VAT. To remove the VAT charge from your order, simply enter the following comments in box during checkout: "PLEASE REMOVE VAT AS SHIPPING OUTSIDE EU". If it is not obvious from the delivery address that the destination is outside the EU then we will require a copy of a VAT Exemption form (form will be emailed upon request) signed by your Commanding Officer.

Typically, deliveries to Europe take between 5-8 business days, while deliveries to other international locations require 10-15 business days. Should you encounter any issues finding delivery rates for your country or zone, please contact us directly for assistance.

Important Update on EU Shipments: Post-Brexit regulations necessitate a minimum order value of £200 for shipments to EU countries. For orders of £200 or more, we cover all taxes (including VAT), duties, and clearing costs. There will be no additional charges for you. Your items will be delivered directly to your specified address once they have cleared customs, courtesy of our dedicated courier services.

Note on Lithium Battery Products: Additional shipping costs are applicable for items such as electric trolleys containing lithium batteries when shipped outside the UK. We will inform you of these costs for your approval before processing your order.

The recipient is responsible for all local duties and taxes required for customs clearance. Please consult your local customs office for more details. Our discounted shipping rates aim to provide optimal value, subject to a maximum weight limit of 30 kilos per order. Should your order exceed this limit, we will contact you to discuss additional shipping charges or order adjustments.

Click & Collect (or Arrange Own Courier)

Our Click & Collect service is available at no charge for customers who wish to collect their items from our warehouse or arrange their own courier. Please ensure your chosen courier is registered with the UK Revenue and Customs office (HMRC) for exports to avoid any VAT charges. Full courier details must be provided to comply with HMRC regulations. Failure to comply will result in the addition of UK VAT.

We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring valid identification and any relevant documentation if using a third-party collection service. GolfOnline is not liable for any damage or loss after collection; please inspect your items upon receipt. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights or product warranties.

Large orders may require separate shipments, for example, an Electric Trolley and a Golf Bag. Our system does not automatically calculate shipping based on volume; therefore, we will inform you of any necessary adjustments or additional charges prior to shipping. You may modify your order to accommodate smaller shipping batches or cancel the order if preferred.

Shipping Couriers & Tracking Parcel

GolfOnline uses the national postal service (Royal Mail) and a range of third party couriers including Interlink, DHL, DPD and Parcel Force to deliver products to your chosen address.

How it Works:

Your order is dispatched from our warehouse
The designated courier generates a Unique Tracking Reference number for each parcel they collect from us
Our system will email you these tracking references and you can use them to track your parcel
The designated courier delivers the parcel to your address

COVID-19 Update (as of March 2020)

At present due to the COVID-19 crisis many services and processes are affected. In nearly all cases all couriers do not require a SIGNATURE anymore - as they will simply ring the bell and leave. If no one is at the address then the driver takes the responsibility to place the item in a secure manner, take a photo and their GPS location is also tracked. We thank you for your kind patience and understanding in accepting these delivery conditions.

Important Shipping Information

Here are the quick points most customers need to know

Most orders are delivered to your door on weekdays between 8:30am to 6:00pm. In some cases, the time can be more specific such as a morning delivery, afternoon delivery, or delivery before a certain time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we have made an error)
Some items require a signature upon delivery however most are now covered under the COVID-19 exceptions and conditions.
We do not dispatch or process orders on weekends and bank holidays.
Click & Collect orders are only available for collection during our operating hours after you receive an email confirmation stating that your order is ready.
We carry nearly all of the items in-stock as advertised online. However, in the event an item is not in stock, we will advise customers of any delay in meeting the delivery deadline. In most cases, this will add 5 to 10 days to your dispatch date. If the delay is longer than this, we will advise you and you can then either choose to wait longer or cancel the order if it is no longer convenient for you.
The delivery times stated here are generally accurate but can vary by postcode and location.
Goods in transit are the responsibility of the courier, however you can track the delivery online through each courier's website. We also will normally send the tracking number upon dispatch to you by email or you may also find it in your account relating to the respective order number.
Please be aware: All purchases of electric trolleys outside of the UK are likely to incur additional shipping costs due to COURIER SURCHARGES for batteries. We will contact you if there are additional costs to sending electric trolleys outside of the UK. If this is the case, you will have the opportunity to 1. accept the higher shipping charges, 2. remove these items, or 3. cancel the entire order. Unfortunately, we cannot control these special cases as the additional costs are implemented by third-party couriers and are mandatory.

We will get in touch if an item in your order is out of stock.

In the rare event when a certain item in your order is in fact out of stock, (such as two customers ordering the last item at once), and we are unable to dispatch your goods to you, we will contact you via e-mail/telephone to advise you of the situation. You will always be given the option to 1. select a different product, 2. wait whilst we re-order from the manufacturer, or 3. cancel your order if it is no longer convenient for you.
